- Blue Ridge Parkway open year-round
- Going-to-the-Sun Road open · typically late June to early July–the
- Trail Ridge Road open · typically late May, around Memorial Day–mid-October
- Old Fall River Road closed — reopens the first week of July (late June in a light-snow year)
- Tioga Road closed — reopens late May to early June (but has ranged from mid-May to late July)
- Glacier Point Road closed — reopens mid-May (2004–2023 median May 15; has ranged from late March to July)
- Beartooth Highway closed — reopens late May, around Memorial Day weekend
- Kuwohi Road (Clingmans Dome Road) closed — reopens April 1 (occasionally delayed into mid-April)
- Chinook Pass (SR 410) closed — reopens late May, targeted to Memorial Day weekend
- State Route 67 (North Rim Parkway) closed — reopens May 15
- Kings Canyon Scenic Byway closed — reopens late April, traditionally the fourth Friday
- Park Loop Road closed — reopens April 15

- State Route 67 (North Rim Parkway) closed — reopens May 15
