- A status looks wrong. We read the National Park Service's (or a state agency's) own public alerts and hours automatically — see how we check park status for the method and its limits. The linked official page is always the final word.
- I'm not getting alert emails. Check spam, and make sure you haven't unsubscribed (the link is in every alert email). You can re-subscribe any time from the site.
- I'm not getting app notifications. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Park Status Today is allowed, and that you've followed at least one park or turned on disaster alerts in the app.
- I want my data removed. See our Privacy Policy — email us and we'll remove it.
